MoonToon – Retro Comic Style was inspired by and trained on images generated with my models 🐻 MoonToon Mix and Retro-Futurist Comic Engraving. The goal was to combine the comic-like texture and structure of Retro-Futurist Comic Engraving with the soft, toon-style aesthetics of 🐻 MoonToon Mix.

All training images were created using only these two models. However, the LoRA works not only with 🐻 MoonToon Mix, but also with many other Illustrious-based checkpoints.

It’s less aggressive than Retro-Futurist Comic Engraving and aims to guide the image more gently into the desired style.
