・未成年者の性的な表現、または水着、下着、あるいはそれに準ずる容姿表現

また、実在する特定の人物に似せた画像を生成し、本人の許諾を得ることなく公に公開することも禁止事項とさせて頂きます。(本人公認のLoRAはこの限りではありません)

本モデルは『CreativeML Open RAIL-M』の範囲でラインセンスされます。 本モデルを使用した上での問題及び生成された画像に関するいかなる問題に関しても、当方は一切責任を持ちません。ご了承の上ご使用ください。

本モデルのマージ元として使用しているものに「Sell images they generate」NGになっているものが含まれておりますが「Have different permissions when sharing merges」がOKになっていることから、本モデルではその制限は受けないものと考えております。
